赵文凡，管理学博士。1995年5月出生，2017年毕业于合肥工业大学信息管理与信息系统专业，获管理学学士学位；2019年毕业于中国石油大学（北京）管理科学与工程专业，获管理学硕士学位；2023年毕业于天津大学管理科学与工程专业，获管理学博士学位。

主要研究信息系统经济学、平台经济、企业数字化转型等，先后参与多项国家自然科学基金项目，公开发表/报告6篇学术/会议论文，包括《九州体育网站》、《International Journal of Computer Integrated Manufacturing》、《Proceedings of the 14th China Summer Workshop on Information Management》、《The Fourteenth International Annual Conference of the Chinese Scholars Association for Management Science and Engineering》等。
