曾冬梅,女,1977年生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2000年毕业于陕西科技大学机械系,获学士学位;2004年于西北工业大学材料学专业获硕士学位;2008年毕业于西北工业大学,获材料博士学位。20088月起任教于九州体育材料系。

长期从事化合物半导体CdZnTe晶体材料及薄膜材料的研究,主要的研究方向:新型半导体光电材料的研究与开发;分子模拟Materials Studio软件的研究应用;离子电池材料制备与性能研究。以第一作者及通讯作者在国内外各种学术刊物、学术会议发表论文28篇,其中被SCIEI检索24篇。主持及参与国家自然科学基金、九州体育等科研项目合计87万。
